1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Any delays in processing will be communicated via email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary based on location and courier partner operations

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • If an order is delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
