Refund and Return Policy

At Ravrr, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, returns are only accepted if a product is damaged.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Only damaged products are eligible for return.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email support@ravrr.club with clear photos or videos of the damaged item within 48 hours.

Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup.

Ravrr covers the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Process

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 days.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment source, such as UPI, credit/debit card, or digital wallet.
4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
