Refund and Return Policy

At Ravrr, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, returns are only accepted if a product is damaged.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only damaged products are eligible for return.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@ravrr.club with clear photos or videos of the damaged item within 48 hours.

  2. Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup.

  3. Ravrr covers the return shipping cost.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 days.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment source, such as UPI, credit/debit card, or digital wallet.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
